Enter your Card # (Username) or Email Address in the box below if you’ve lost your password. A link will be emailed to you allowing you to change your password.
It’s common for password reset emails to be caught by spam filters. If you don’t receive the email in a reasonable amount of time, please check your email accounts spam/junk folder.
If you have problems with this procedure, you can always send a email to have your password manually reset. Please remember though that this requires someone to manually make the change so it might take one business day to complete.
Request a Manual Password Reset
You must include your full name, card number, and new password.
The Western Jets website stores all passwords in a secure manner, so there is no way for anyone to retrieve your current password but this procedure will allow you to create a new one.
Enter your card number in the Username field and click the “Get New Password” button.
The Western Jets website will send an email to the email address that you have on file.
The email will be from “email@example.com”, have the subject “[WJETS] Password Reset“, and have a link that you’ll need to click to reset your password. The password reset link will be the link that has a bunch of nonsense looking characters at the end.
After you click the password reset link, you will be taken to a special page on the Western Jets website that will allow you to assign a new password to your account.
