HEAT TRACE INTRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION: This ‘hands-on’ course offers the participant an opportunity to learn the most effective and efficient practices of installing
electrical heat trace cable. While using self regulating cable, the participant will trace elbows, pipe supports, pipe flanges, and valves. Once the trace is installed and secured, the end-of-circuit termination kit is installed, working back toward the power supply.
Required Items:
- Safety Boots
- Long Sleeve Shirt
- Pen and Paper
- Review in advance the COVID Waiver, Policies and Procedures (2 documents attached). Signatures will be required on both these forms on-site prior to training.
