Embracing the Future of Energy, Mobility, and Freedom of Choice.
Electric vehicles are no longer just a novel means of transportation, they have become an essential building block in the energy transition. This transition is bringing about significant changes in the technical, digital, and social aspects of energy and transportation infrastructure. With many valid driving forces supporting this transition, it has become a significant segment in the transportation sector.
As electricians, charging infrastructure falls squarely within our scope of work and expertise providing valuable and viable career options. We will explore how these fit within our existing training and industry including the legislative requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code.
Our course focuses on electric vehicle charging systems, providing an understanding of leading technologies and various options available. We will then look at the requirements needed to install and maintain these systems.
Charging stations are a crucial component of electric vehicles and there is immense potential in this market for technological and business advancement. This course will explore the most important aspects of this new market, including the state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure of electric vehicles and charging systems.
