This two-day in-person training will run from Saturday, May 4 (8AM-4PM) & Sunday, May 5 (8AM-2PM)
Fill your ‘toolbox’ with leadership skills to enable you to work within and develop your skills within high-performance, diverse, equitable and inclusive teams. This Gold Seal accredited course will equip you to deal with conflict, hold your crew members accountable, earn respect, build trust, team build, coach, communicate effectively and manage performance issues.
Develop  leadership “soft skills” to take charge of your career, as this is where the majority of issues from which safety concerns, conflict, ongoing grievances, poor productivity, cost overruns, time issues and stress can originate. The two days are highly interactive with plenty of opportunities for IBEW participants to use “real work situations” that they are currently experiencing to help reinforce key learnings.
This high-demand course for Chargehands and future Chargehands runs only once a year. Register early to avoid disappointment.
