Aerial Lifts

  • Rules: Federal/provincial as well as industry standards
  • Technical Theory: identity and function of the main parts, leverage capacity and stability
  • Review fall protection requirements as it pertains to aerial lifts
  • Operational theory: inspections, travel and setup, safe operation
  • Parking and shutdown, fueling and charging
  • A written theory test to evaluate operators understanding of the information reviewed
  • Practical training in the topics covered
  • Practical skills test to evaluate the operators  ability to demonstrate proper operation

All successful graduates of this course will receive a wallet size certification card, which is valid for 3 years.
